Siberian Pine Nut Kernels — Premium Grade

    Sourced in the Turochak region of the Altai Mountains (Russia), near the pristine Teletskoye Lake, an area renowned for wild, harsh taiga. The terroir shapes kernels known for their natural freshness and rich taste.

    We uphold Siberian craftsmanship: careful mechanical processing followed by meticulous hand selection. A 6-stage quality control system and specialized protective packaging help preserve the kernels’ valuable properties.

Angelica Honey (rare; Manuka-like antibacterial activity)

A premium Siberian monofloral honey with low moisture (~17%) and a favorable fructose-to-glucose ratio, helping it stay liquid longer while keeping a layered, complex taste. According to our technical materials, its antibacterial potency is comparable to Manuka honey (driven by a distinctive phenolic phyto-complex). Its rarity and unique Salair origin position Angelica to compete directly with Manuka in the premium segment.

Taiga Honey (Salair origin)

Collected in the Salair Nature Reserve, delivering coniferous-floral notes and a distinctly Siberian character. Traceable, small-batch sourcing preserves authenticity and consistency.

Buckwheat Honey (Salair origin; natural minerals including iron)

A robust, aromatic honey with naturally higher mineral content, including iron, supporting strong specialty positioning. (Organoleptic specs and COAs provided with samples.)
